The local station interviewed a neighbor. She said she heard several bangs and them went outside to look. She thought the house was on fire from all the smoke. Draw your own conclusions on how this warrant was ‘served’. About five years ago the Ogden police department did a nighttime surprise warrant on a former army vet suffering from PTSD. He killed five of them before they finally got him.

Actions and words have consequences. Being a seal team 6, keyboard commando is a not an effective forward aggressive strategy. It is fool hearty and reckless. And yes, that messaging is read by way more floks then you think. Like....... The federal Government. Exhibit "A". Case closed!

So.....How much you want to bet it was a no-knock warrant (AKA attack) while the guy was asleep and he thought they were home invasion burglars? I think they wanted to smoke him to send a message. Nobody in their right mind would not think that if the Feds or police had never contacted them before hand. All they had to do is wait until he went to the store or doctor......... the guy was 75 years old. They were either cowards or wanted gun play. He did something stupid for the times we're in, but that is not a death penalty charge. Madonna is still shaking her old saggy ass on stage calling to bomb the White House.

Yep, never make a public statement that you would cause harm to the POTUS....unless you want a midnight visit from a 3 letter organization. There have been a number I didn't like very much including Trump, but I never uttered a word of harm or ill intent against them....their time will run out in office, vote another one in.


The Supreme court and many other lesser courts have ruled many times, that comedians are a different matter....it's 1st amendment and humor, not intended to be a serious threat. Trump lost a 5 million dollar case against Bill Maher for saying his parents were orangutans.

Not saying I agree, but they can say what they want...... "it's humor" whether you like it's brand or not.
