Curves are good, rolls are bad.

I'm more in the thin mint camp, myself.

Do the folks who keep posting those nauseating images of obese women think that, eventually, if they keep it up, normal men will start thinking those are attractive women?

I'm sure the food and drug companies approve, and whatever company makes those shopping buggy scooters at Wal-Mart.

I think you are onto something there. Popularity of those drugs has already gone through the roof.

I'm pretty open minded in the looks department. Eye of the beholder and all that jazz. That picture you posted is just downright hideous.

Totally unacceptable.

Completely.

Exactly.

It's that easy. I'm not overweight, I dont have the weight to lose, and I dropped 15lbs to show the DBags that say "cant" that its really their "wont".

It's understanding cause and effect, essentially, then adjusting. Many are apparently electing not to adjust for some reason.

You ever look at the calorie content on the menus at fast food places? They'll make you cringe! An entire day's calories in one drive-thru lunch and almost no "good" nutrients.

60% of the 1090 calories from a Triple come from fat

14% come from carbohydrate

So itā€™s gotta be the carbs. Ditch the bun and youā€™ll be good to go

YOur brush is just a wee bit too broad here. Maybe you know that and you are just poking fun.

It's What you eat, and what you Don't.

And they have known for a long time... but didn't want you to find out.

"Flat Earth Societies" are like that.

You are right.

And wrong.

Thermodynamics tells us that you cant make a pile of stored energy without taking in more energy, and you'll make a smaller pile of stored energy if you take in less. Even less stored up energy if you burn more than you take in. So, he's right and you are wrong.

HOWEVER, bio Chemistry and phyiology have taught us that not all forms of energy trigger the same metabolic responses. What you eat is possibly as important as the energy balance itself. I've tested this on me for 30 years ad nauseum and, I assume like you, have found it to have a dramatic impact.

Its not just the gas you put in the engine, its how you tune it. NOt a perfect analogy, but somewhat.

If you give this planet 5 years, I'm having what your having and make it a double.

What difference does being fat make when we are about to blow ourselves up?
