Will be in Anchorage for a few days this November. Looking for some things to do and places of interest. Are there any can’t miss things or restaurants that we should be sure to take in?

Drive down the Turnagain Arm with a camera. If you make it to Seward you will not be disappointed.
I think going through the tunnel to Whittier is pretty cool and worth it. Place there is a beautiful glacier view just before the tunnel.
You might want some good waterproof winter clothes, and Yak Trax or equivalent. And you might get a face full of 40mph frozen stuff at 25 degrees ambient, so be ready. However, I was there last Nov and it was pleasant and never less than 25.

Go to Club Paris. Order the whole filet rare with the bleu cheese on the side. Wash it down with two beers. Split the key lime pie with your Mrs for dessert. Only place I ever had a great steak when I lived there.

If you want a great, but pricey steak make the drive to Girdwood and have dinner at the Double Musky
