Grilled Ahi and asparagus. Grill should have been hotter, left the fish on too long and overcooked it. But not by much, still pretty good.[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]

Awwh. You just had to mention zucchini pancakes. Love them. ❤️

Dude, you sure put a hurt on those walleye. I'm surprised you don't have a slip so you don't have to keep pulling the boat in and out. Or do you go to different lakes?

I'm extremely jealous of your walleye fishing opportunity. I can shoot a deer from my kitchen window, but I have to drive an hour and a half for decent walleye fishing. My 3YO boy has recently taken an interest to fishing so i"m gonna have to up my game for next year.

First B&T sammich of the year. These are orange, low—acid tomatoes from seeds Slavyanka brought back from Ukraine a couple years ago.

Classic Kalitoe Sammich.

Just missing the sprouts, I prefer baby spinotch myself.

When I can't get to Boudin San Luis is the top retail Sourdough go to. None better.

Darn right Fats.....Boudin and San Luis are two of the best breads around. And at the Costco price, it's always in the cart.

Acme is probably my favorite but it's harder to come by.

Any time I've tried sourdough elsewhere in the states it's a big letdown.

Oh dang pulling out the Artisan Breads Card.

Yes Acme is the Bombdiggity.

One thing I love about the Demonrat Cesspool of the Greater NorKal Bay Area is the overwhelming number of world class Bakeries, Eateries and Meat Shops.

Other than family, the only thing I miss about the Bay Area is the food (especially Vietnamese and Korean), but the bakeries really are something else too, and you made me remember my old favorite. When I lived in Oakland, Arizmendi and the Cheese Board were my weakness. Anything from Market Hall in Rockridge too.
