Here's the solution! Crank up the 82nd Airborne and send them in to Chicago and wipe out about 1/3 of the city! Give the troopers unlimited ammo and a good supply of M-40 grenades!!

This would be really funny if Chappelle said it in a skit. But in real life, it's kind of heartbreaking. When the good people are so powerless that they have to ask the criminals to schedule their shooting, it's over.
