Is anyone else having trouble reaching these guys? The voicemail says to email and I've done that days ago and no response. It also said to text and I have and again no response.
Does anyone know what's going on?

Their customer service response is extremely slow, to almost non-existent!!! This has been my experience.

Well I've bought an Arken from Doug three times...
Can't ask for better customer service than what Doug provides...
the man understands on how import customer service is too a business...
would rather have a mediocre scope in quality back by excellent customer support, vs the best scope ever built, and not being able to get ahold of someone when you need it..

Big shoutout to Doug at Cameraland!
He just single-handedly got an immediate response from Arken after I failed for several days to get a return authorization started AND THIS IS ON A SCOPE HE DID NOT SELL TO ME! He didn't have a "dog in the fight" as we say but took it upon himself - and took his time - to help me out.
I normally do buy from Camerland but on this particular scope, I did not check to see that they were also running the same sale as Arken.
I will in the future and I will also be a loyal customer of Camerland as long as I'm in this game and hope you all will as well.
