In the makin' - Homemade Brunswick Stew.I started today by smoking a Boston Butt and pulled it. Tomorrow I smoke two whole chickens and pull them. On the third day I put it all together. Saturday at College Football kick off time I'll be eating a pulled pork sandwich(s) along with a big bowl(s) of Brunswick Stew. There is also a good chance of a cold libation, of sorts, showing up. Let the Games begin!!
