What are the bolts that appear to be on the blade of the lower of the two knives? I can’t tell from the photo.

That is a reflection of the chandelier base and chandelier that was above the knife was photographed! The blades are mirrors!
Was corresponding with someone and gave a price, $975 shipped ($950 that I paid and $25 for priority mail and insurance).
