What to do...

Had 5 extra ribeyes we didn't cook from our camp and shoot last weekend. I decided to make ribeye tacos in hunting camp with them.

Ribeye tacos are pretty good...

Smallmouth fishing this morning, then I'll walk around in the forest with my bow the rest of the week... deer and turkey.

Love it - ribeye in a cast iron skillet, with a dirt floor.

Looks great, life's good!

Nice.

I usually slice them paper thin and make Philly Cheese Steak on a fresh home made bun.

It's funny, we cooked and ate 3 meals a day at the shoot for 4 days... big meals...

I lost 2 lbs...

I think it was from listening to kaywoodie regaling...

Thanks. Hunted with JLG lots in that area. Muley, Coues, or equal opportunity?

Good luck and enjoy!

It's been a couple years since I've seen JLG, he stopped by the house to pick up a 410 we all purchased for a young girl to hunt squirrel with up in his area.

Good vittles.

I would be inclined to a ribeye sauce piquant.
But in all good camp manners, I would eat what was cooked every time.
