Hope this helps many start to get a grasp on diagnosed & un diagnosed Gluten intolerance & other digestive issues that are difficult to get a grasp on our health issues of the west that has spread.
Ancel Benjamin Keys (January 26, 1904 – November 20, 2004) was an American physiologist who studied the influence of diet on health. In particular, he hypothesized that replacing dietary saturated fat with polyunsaturated fat reduced cardiovascular heart disease.
Super presentation to help understanding issues with todays Wheat & farming practices not to over look Roundup, impact that seems near, irreversible. ,
Just learning to deal with Gluten intolerance personally. First major benefit I realized when giving up Gluten was getting rid of eczema. Much to learn yet as I have a long way to go.
“I’m 70 years old and I never heard of none of this crap. Where’s my pudding? I told that last colored gal I didn’t like tapioca. We didn’t have that back in the dust bowl”.
“I sprinkle roundup on my bran flakes in the morning. No milk, that’s government subsidized bullshat”

Not sure I buy it. I love using roundup as it saves a ton of effort around the farm and I have zero gluten problems.
Not everyone has a problem. Some have tendencies that way like some people have tendencies to sprain ankles. Put 'em in situations where there's more of "whatever" present and some will be affected while some won't. I think rather than dismissing it just 'cause YOU don't have a problem, you should focus on being thankful that you don't have a problem. I don't happen to have that problem either but a good friend had to give up beer because of it. Without beer what's the point of breathing?

Anyone who thinks there's two sides to everything hasn't met a Mbius strip.
Roughly ninety eight percent of us do not have Gluten problems to a degree that we may be aware of it. I'll predict that inside of 20 years this awareness will be much easier to embrace as it is real & likely effects people you know if not yourself. If it does not effect you:) Be thankful! Three years ago I was not aware that these changing conditions were effecting me negatively. Today this is imposable for me to overlook. The learning curve is a PIA.
Eczema clearing up in my case is just one minor example of a symptem. The list is long on the side effects of modern practices, both good & bad may have on us. Looking back the impact of Wheat on me was very very evident 30 years ago & more. Two years ago it finally got bad enough that I had to pull my head out of the sand.
If it is not a issue for you & yours, be Thankful. If it is an issue for some around you perhaps a little understanding may be in order. Wish you all well!
