Ended as a big bust for Lee and Co., no Red Flag Law, nothing close.

Only thing to come out of it was the House side being man handled by the Tennessee 3. Should have passed the three p***y bills the Senate put up and gone home, could have done that by 3rd Day in, but the House tried to force the Senate to carry their water and the only thing they achieved was insulting the Senate with the "Ostridge Egg Award" by dumb ass House Caucus Chair "Pants" Faison. Till the house learns how to put the two Justins on their heels they will continue to look like Ned in the First Reader.

In other news, TFA's first law suit survived the motion to dismiss and we are headed to trial.

I watched the dog and pony show on Nashville's channel 5. Those two Negroes and the fat White chick are there for one reason and one reason only.........to stir up trouble. They have no desire to follow the rules, and no desire to do anything useful.

Channel 5's reporters kept running stories on all the thefts of guns out of cars, and how people need to quit leaving guns in cars......but they never said one damn word about the people who are breaking into the cars and stealing those guns. Wonder why? Could it be that most of the criminals are Black.

There was one bill by Todd HB 7064, that would have allowed retired military, retired law enforcementandEnh9anced Carry Permit holders to carry in schools pre K-12, it would up in the cull Mark White's Education Committee after passing Civil Justice Committee. Justin Jones is on the Education Committee and White let him preach and drone for hours, finally the vote was called for and Scott Cepicky, who had promised Todd he would support the bill joined 3 other squishy Republicans and John Ragan (who had a bill similar so he voted his opinion but never told Todd he would support him) and all the Democrats to kill it with a 9-9 tie.

Pearson and Jones are doing their best to create controversy, like any good Obama Community Organizer should. Speaker Sexton needs to spend some of the millions in their Caucus bank and hire some decent political help to teach them how to deal with this mess, cause they are gearing up for January.

We have a very liberal e-Rag called the TN Holler, essentially a failed candidate that runs up and down the hall with a cell phone shoving it in people's faces and asking stupid questions. (a darling of the three TV stations in Nashvagas) He and the NPR girl accosted me outside a Committee room and asked how it felt to be the most feared man in the General Assembly. 20 minutes later they gave up after I backed them across the foyer simply turning the tide, answering questions with questions, they did not get a second of footage that would benefit their agenda and were only able to post this as a result.

Every time he asked me a question I took a step towards him, at the end there were 20 or so legislators watching, this cat gives them grief all the time, when he threw his hands up I got a round of applause...

Worriedman, were the legislator that got into the shoving match with the troublemaker from Memphis? The TV news tried to spin it like he was just minding his own business, and the Republican legislator went after him. That was not how I saw it. It was very evident that the Black guy initiated the contact.

Justin Pearson (Memphis guy) and Justin Jones (Nashville pile) were trying to block the Speaker's route off the dais, holding up signs in his face. A number of R members formed a rugby scrum to escort him out and basically bull rushed them out of the way. Pearson made a really rude comment and Sexton turned to snap at him in the melee, no shoving or pushing by Sexton. As soon as Sexton moved out of the Chamber, Jones went to the Speakers Podium and started banging his gavel in a very childish photo op, declaring the Speaker out of order...for the cameras of course.
