My friend and I had Karl build us his first ever sml’s. When I asked if he could build them, he said “I believe I can do it”. Well, he did and they shoot pretty good too.

They are both 700 actions, 26” Brux Sendero bbls, Pepper colored Boyd thumb hole stocks, TT Primary triggers. He got the ignition systems from Hankins.

Very nice. I started a thread about smokeless ML’s in the hunting rifle section yesterday so this is perfect timing. What’s his lead time like?

The easiest, quickest and cheapest smokeless muzzleloader is going to be an Arrowhead barrel for a TC encore. It’s the east button

He told us they would be ready in about a year. 24 months later, they shipped.😊😊 I didn’t care because I still had 1 year left in Kansas and then 2 more in AK before I retired. I don’t think good gunsmiths and taxidermists use the same calendar as the rest of us.

That's a nice rig right there. The ignition systems from Hankins work great using large magnum rifle primers.
