Had my last bear steak from last year and some lamb chops. Both fabulous.
I just wish I didn’t have to cook the bear well done.
Anyway, heading up tomorrow for this year’s bear hunt.

AWESOME Certifiable, I make Shushi and Sashimi at home often, one of my All-Time Favorite Meals. What type of Tuna were you using? Your presentation is Excellent, BRAVO! Fresh Sashimi Scallops is one of my favorites. Cheers ~

Friday; Saturday was our 35 Wedding Anniversary, we also had to travel to Winnipeg to pick up Deb's Mum (here for Doug & Megan's wedding), so we treated our selves to a spa day at Thermea.
