The joint was a change from the usual and surprising in price and taste.

I initially tried items I sample to cast judgment, Gumbo and Ceviche…Both passed.

It’s usually a sin in my world to put tomatoes or sausage in a seafood gumbo but I will say this sausage did not overpower the dish and the base/roux was very nice. Additionally it can’t be called “gumbo” without okra because that is the African word for okra. It was hearty and very good !

The Ceviche while I always hate a useless garnish was Fuggin Spot On ! Only drawback was I got hold of one pepper slice that lit me up grin

The homemade potato chips were awesome !

Joint is definitely on my rotation now.

I’m assuming at this point you cut and pasted the menu item, initially I thought you wrote it from memory and the “our” referring to “signature sauce” insinuated you worked there or owned it.
