My favorite deer rifle is a custom .270 that has a med-hvy SS Hart barrel with the finish bead-blasted flat. Over many hunting seasons it has come to be called "gray-death" within my deer hunting circle. I guess it is non-binary(?)
The Old #1 and its is a Ruger# 1 S.S. Laminate wood stock 257 Weatherby mag. Brux barrel all accurized all done years ago , was built for speed and very accurate too shoot 100 gr. bullets 3700 - 3800 FPS .
I had a well-used 98 - it had been around the block a few times....but if you held it tight, tickled the trigger right, it would give you a good bang and make your meat go limp.
If your car, motorcycle or gun is reliable, does things properly, can be trusted to not stuff-up under stress, is durable, doesn't need constant attention or funds spent on it, and you had to give it a name, then why would you choose a female name?
Wow, I hope we don't allow psychiatrists on the 'Fire! I usually don't name my firearms but, they're all women and a couple have names. My new Outkast Arms CLR conversion 7PRC is no different and I do have a name for her. Originally because of her loud, tawdry dress I was thinking about "Trixie" but that didn't stick. I've been fighting a name that just sort of crept into my thinking about her. It's somewhat embarrassing but also kind of a badass triple entendre and this place is responsible - in particular Mr. Stick. Knowing his favorite name for long actions with 3.4 inch magazines, I have, lovingly, come to think of her as "The Goat Fhuqker".

Naming inanimate object that are actually used is a time-honored tradition. Hugh Glass had Bull Thrower. Audie Murphy and Frank Hamer each had a constant companion gun name Ole Lucky. I actually have a list of famous people who have named their firearms. I have a 3' Keystone fishing rod with a vintage Johnson reel that has been used by each of my 3 children, the wife, and both grandsons. Named it Death Ray because when it comes out, fish are going to die. My constant hunting rifle is a 1948 vintage model 70 that known as Winch. My prewar Colt Woodsman has been my constant companion for 40 years and my beloved grandmother named it my Cridder Getter.
all rifles are "she". great rifles then you will name them a girl's name.
Never. Nothing feminine about my rifles
i don't care if you name it male or female. i won't judge you ;), it is a new society and all that junk. you do you!!! i'll be here stroking her trigger till she goes BANG!

How do you know they are all women? What part did you look at to determine they are women? If no particular part, then how do you know they are not male rifles pretending to be women?
Might point out that one of the most famous dangerous game rifles was named "Big Nan," and I haven't known any men named Nan. It was the main rifle of Hal Waugh, the first Master Guide in Alaska, and was a pre-'64 Model 70 Winchester rechambered to the .375 Weatherby Magnum.
But whatever.....

Hmm. Never thought about it. When it comes to playing with my rifles, And I grab my tikka. I alway think she’s my go to out of all the rifle I got. Guess I like fondling women. You other guys do you .No judgement
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.
