Yeah, Odessa is a rough place, I spent a few months there and was glad to leave.

I've been a fan for a long time. Seen them live twice. They are very talented and put on a great show. They took a bit of a hiatus but started playing some road shows last year. I'd love for them to put out another album.
San Angleo - spent 4 months there. Had fun, drank A LOT lol. Not much else going on tho.
Nope. I get my custom boots made there. Couple of good TexMex food joints. They used to have a great old Steakhouse called Zentner's & Zentner's Daughter, but they went to hell several years ago. They also have a cool old historic pre-civil war Camp. One of those the US Army built to protect the early settlers from Comanche raids. IIRC, it was one of the ones occupied by Buffalo Soldiers. Anyhow, they have a great historical re-enactment group that puts on quite a show a couple of times a year. I’m thinking Kaywoodie told me one his best friends is in charge of the events there.

Yep. Their live show was awesome.
The Wikipedia article I posted said they started touring again in 2022.

My wife and I saw them at The Roundup about two miles down the road. We ultimately saw three generations play. Fantastic. Seems one of them got into a pickle a while ago.

Never heard of it but I like it. A lot of good elements from each style but mixed well. It’s like they took the good that each has to offer and blended it into something pretty nice.
