I have the same knife. purchased in mid 1970's and have carried it since. works great on everything up to moose and elk. these are hard to find and very high quality. it wont last long. it compares to the Puma game warden with saw.

I had one of these for some time. My son has it now.
You can get these blades dry shaving sharp. Very high quality steel.
