Half a dozen spring to mind! Magnificent Seven, any of Eastwood’s “The Man With No Nsme” trilogy. My favorite has to be “Once Upon A Time In The West”. Each of the main characters had their own theme. Harmonica’s haunting notes, Frank’s sorta sinister tune, Cheyenne’s bouncy harmony, and of course, the music for Claudia Cardenel’s charming female lead. As much as I love the for mentioned, I gotta go with Marconie’s “Once Upon A Time”. Thoughts? Did I miss something that should’ve been obvious? Reon
"Preserving the Constitution, fighting off the nibblers and chippers, even nibblers and chippers with good intentions, was once regarded by conservatives as the first duty of the citizen. It still is." Wesley Pruden
"Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'" -Isaac Asimov
I can’t count how many times I watched once upon a time with my dad when growing up. Tombstone is more my era. But if dad is looking down at me I Better go with once upon a time
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.
Once upon a time in the west is beautiful, surely. But a little bit syrupy sweet for me. Maybe you wouldn't call the Last of the Mohicans a 'western' but it had Injuns an guns...so I will nominate 'The Gael'...but mostly the versions by the American Rogues or the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. Drums an pipes, aye, man music.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Just reading your title, I named in my head all of those movies. GMTA.
For me the only thing worse than that harmonica in Once Upon a Time in the West was Henry Fonda's performance. I guess yu couldn't classify it as a western but The Man From Snowy River's theme was a beautiful piece of work.
