I can’t take food pics worth a schit, but tonight’s grub was anything but! Moose Lengua tacos with rice and beans. My wife wasn’t interested in being part of that experiment, so I made her some sockeye salmon larb (laab) with sticky rice on the side. Of course I loved both, but that’s probably why I can’t get under 200#s! I do love Thai food though. My coworker made salmon laab a week or so ago and I thought it was great. Had to give it a go!

Will make from scratch next time. There are some great crockpot recipes for this Any recommendation on one? Thanks I like this one butter chicken with a few minor tweaks. And definitely marinade overnight. Huge difference from just an hour or so. Also, smoked paprika over regular.
