I googled it the a while back for recommendations

Seems most articles are peddlin a particular brand.


Ended up with member mark Mens Multi-vitamins from Sams club.

Salt and Minerals are more important, as meat/fat/vegetables will have the vitamins.

Chelated minerals - are a better choice, as they are more assimilable than the cheap rock form.

Take a Costco Daily-Multi for the B-complex and trace elements, just because.

Per the Doc, D-3 on alternate days as a "top up" dose.

Otherwise, I simply eat well with lots of fruits and veggies. Some dairy every day, weekly fish, and lessened red meat.

The carrot you ate yesterday had less vitamins and minerals as it did 50 years ago.


Organic vs conventional does not matter.

So...as the years go by...it gets harder and harder to get enough from the food we eat.

best post so far... there ain't enough rich soil left on earth to feed everybody... at least properly anyway!... meat don't have the nutrition(or flavor) it used to either... same reason, depleted soil...

Potassium as directed by general practitioner.

To answer the original question, I would say that the odds are very good that the answer is no.

Yes. VIT C and D and Zink. In 2 years of taking this combo I never got sick until this past July when I forgot to take them for a few days. All those in the house had colds and I finally got the mildest cold I have ever had for about 3 days. With kids in the house bringing things in from school I was assured of getting sick several times a year before I started on this.
