Got 3 grandsons tonight for sleepover, traveling to Marble Falls tomorrow, go to Twin Sisters Dancehall in Blanco tomorrow night, be the designated driver to get us home, back home Sunday.
What are you all up to this weekend? Probably lots of others will have hunting plans.

Watch the rain, clean the garage, lament some life choices. Sunday it's the daughter's birthday so we are going to college to trade vehicles because she wants the Wonder Truck for some homecoming parade or something.

200yd varmint competition Saturday for AR-15, factory and custom rifles. Supposed to have a little wind and rain all weekend so it will be interesting to see how the optics and calibers hold up in the weather.

With a new granddaughter arriving three days ago we need to find another high chair today. Lunch out somewhere. Fix a leak on our water catchment pump, sort my thousands of bullets after fixing collapsed cabinet shelves (some will go up for sale here), mount scopes on my 6.5x55, 30-06, 375 H&H and 416 Rem and empty my Tundra of everything for a swap with my youngest son's F150 on Monday. If I get half done I will be pleased.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Getting Naked and hanging around the pool with the wife and girlfriend. Gonna have a big bbq with like minded friends. Going upland bird hunting Sat/Sun. Then back to the pool. A Great weekend planed, lots of fun.

Bet you didn't get that mdl 70 for $430 I bought the base gun a number of years ago used for $700 at Cabelas in Buda. Like most things I cannot leave well enough alone.
