How does one impose "Maritime Law" on land? WTF does maritime law mean? dudes, stop asking questions. The answer is easy though, Just declare the continent to be an ocean. Duh. Best answer!!! No need for Comgress, sign Executive Order, making the continent identify as an ocean, and appoint yourself Captain,

So lay it on us bigun. What are You're Facts and Logic? The facts are that the United States is not "under Maritime Law." And that's logical, because Maritime law applies to the sea, not the law governing everything else here in the USA.
