Cam 1 covers a somewhat small area off Kensington Ave, but it is usually crowded.
Checked it today based on a tip from someone who drove through that area and I think this might be a record for Leaners. I counted 10 just in front of the rail station and 6 more down the sidewalk. 4, maybe 5, were fully 100% Deep Lean and one rare Creeping Leaner.
16 Leaners is a lot. Congrats Philly!
ETA: If you have never been to Kensington (or San Francisco, LA, Portland, etc etc), the red circles in the photo below are Leaners. The bottom right is in a Deep Lean. He is not tying his shoe, or picking something up from the sidewalk, he is simply leaning over for the sake of leaning over. No other reason. These "people" will often stay in this position for 30 minutes to an hour. Creeping Leaners will slowly shuffle along as if they have somewhere to be, but that is rare. Most simply stand in place or, at best, stumble a bit at random.
I’ve been watching Cam 2 for about a week. It is pretty addictive to watch. Heroin and fentanyl being sold and used openly on busy sidewalks next to a major subway terminal. Most of those folks are walking dead. They do spend an inordinate amount of time bent over. Something about the fentanyl I guess.
The desert is a true treasure for him who seeks refuge from men and the evil of men. In it is contentment In it is death and all you seek (Quoted from "The Bleeding of the Stone" Ibrahim Al-Koni)
Well, I guess you learn something new every day, but I can only say: WTF???

Its all right to be white!! Stupidity left unattended will run rampant Don't argue with stupid people, They will drag you down to their level and then win by experience
I watched a vid and saw some blue thing in background. Had to check a grocery store and street signs to figure out what bridge it was on Google map satellite view.
