he was a guide in Alaska but got attack and mauled by a wounded brown bear when he was guiding a brown bear hunter who wounded this bear. did he get better and still guide bear hunts later on ? thanks ,Pete53

I talked with him at SCI after his bear run in and he decided to buy a 416 for a backup rifle. Last I heard from him he really liked the rifle and was still guiding
