Who do you think will do it, or at least stop the invasion and deport the invaders?

We should definitely declare war on Mexico. Seriously, the last few wars have gone sooooo well for us!🤣

Like most things in this country, the root of the problem lies within our own leadership. The issues we have could be solved within our own borders next week if the current situation weren’t profitable for those in charge.

Hopefully the US.

They have! But a county only has so many resources!
Unless you're a major metro area like Harris County (Houston), Tarrant County (Ft Worth) or Bexar County (San Antonio), your "sheriff's posse" isn't very large. An entire sheriff's department, deputies and admin is probably less than 50 people.
When you have 3,000 illegal aliens coming at you, wha'cha gonna do? Call "GhostBusters"! LOL! (Sorry, I couldn't help myself!)
Gov. Abbott tells the Nat'l Guard to put up razor wire! Impenetrable? No, but it helps.
Since the Nat'l Guard has no "federal" authority on the (ahem!) "border", the CBP has the authority to cut the razor wire to allow people to get out of the river so they won't drown!

Saw a video of a watercraft with guardsmen on board trying to deter aliens from crossing the river.
"Help me!", an alien shouts!
"NO!", replied a guardsman.
They eventually pushed around the watercraft and came ashore. 😖
Another video shows CBP agents cutting the razor wire to allow people to get out of the river. 😡
A third video shows a guardsman placing a ladder up the side of a wall so aliens could climb over the razor wire into the US! 🤬

Regardless of the effort of one group, another group is untying the ropes!

Until you plug the hole in the boat, bailing out the water is an exercise in futility! 😜

It's all about the emotion, "Oh, those poor people!" over the commonsense, "If we don't stop this invasion, these people will ruin our economy and our nation! They ARE invaders!"

Myth #1:
There us no such thing as an "anchor baby". That is a "precedent" accepted as law. There is no law granting US citizenship to the newborns of foreign nationals.
Myth #2:
The CBP can AND will deport a mother and her newborn back to their country of origin! THAT is the law!
Myth #3:
The last sentence of "Myth #1" does away with "vacation births"!
For years, women of means vacation in the US and stay until their child is born, giving the child dual citizenship.
Unfortunately, so many people have gotten away with it for so long, I don't see that ever being reversed!

No one seems to have mentioned, so far, that there are a lot of businesses, BIG ones even, that love cheap labor.

Have watched it since the early 60's when our family moved to SoCal. Prosecutions of those who hire illegals rarely happens, even when BP/ICE/la Migra makes a raid on a business. The same business multiple times even.

Supply and demand............business demands cheap labor and the immigrants fill that demand.

If you're eating Tyson chicken, it's a pretty safe bet it was grown, processed, and packed by wetbacks. Probably most of the beef and pork on your plate gets there the same way, not to mention any fresh produce. Check out the ethnic food aisles in any grocery store in a town where there's a processing plant- - - - -gotta speak Spanish to shop there!

No worries. Biden will just send more "Aid" to Mexico on the backs of US taxpayers.

Uncle Sam, and the NGOs it gives funding to, are directly responsible for the mass waves of immigrants coming to the US illegally. I think Michael Yon is a crackpot on most things, but there is very good reporting from him and others on the games Uncle Sam and the NGOs are playing in Central America with our tax dollars.

Much the same thing is happening in Europe in regards to North Africa. But there NGOs there have a much tighter relationship with the organized crime elements involved.

The only path for relief is to expel all federal authorities from the border. Task our national Guard to defend the border at all cost. You can count on huge pushback but if Abbott declared an emergency because of the invasion it will stand. The only way this sore is going to be healed is to puncture the wound and apply antiseptic. So far all of Abbott's border efforts amount to posturing for the masses. As long as he remains toothless the feds will continue to run over him.

There is no Mexican Government in actuality. Mexico is ruled by the cartels, AMLO is a Biden- like puppet serving at the pleasure of the cartels. AMLO makes no moves without the blessing of the cartels. Breitbart saying this morning that Mexico dangles a deal to Biden to let Mexico shut down the flow north. Yeah, right, the only ones slipping through will be the ones that the cartel sold tickets to.
