Sledgehammer in the series is supposed to be Eugene Sledge who wrote the book "With the Old Breed." Eugene Sledge was in the 1st. Marine Division and fought in the Pacific in some of the worst of it. A few holes in it, but good acting, especially the lead. This spy/assassin is totally fooked up mentally, has to get 17 million Euros from point A (America) to point B (Iran) and everything that can go wrong, does. The only true cost of having a dog is its death.
