It was purchased brand new this year however I don't know if it's 2022 or 2023. If you know how to tell the difference I will look.

Will be same type of lining as in the hand pockets. Older version the wader pockets didn’t have the fleece lining. Good is not good when better is expected. ~ Thomas Fuller
