A small victory, but courts are getting up to speed with SCOTUS rulings.

The NRA was a party in that case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, and last week a New York judge ordered the state to pay $447,700.82 in legal fees.

Fake News, Total BullSchit, the NRA doesn't spend any money on legal battles, only the GOA and the SAF do, I know this for a fact cuz I read right here on The Fire.

NEW YORK, NY – A New York judge has mandated the state to reimburse the National Rifle Association (NRA) $447,700.82 for legal fees. The order follows a landmark ruling by the Supreme Court that deemed a New York public carry licensing law unconstitutional.

The case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, involved the NRA as a key party. The Supreme Court decision, issued last summer, established that carrying a pistol in public is a constitutional right protected by the Second Amendment.

Michael Jean, NRA’s Director of the Office of Litigation Counsel, highlighted the importance of the legal fee award. In a statement to Fox News Digital, he described the $447,700.82 award as a “pivotal victory” and evidence that “justice is definitively on our side.”

The ruling has notable implications, not only for the NRA but also for Second Amendment rights in general, emphasizing the constitutional debate surrounding public carry laws in the United States.

The NRA is the boogie monster that keeps the leftists up at night. The GOA and SAF slide in while democRATs heads are under the covers. Kind of a left jab right cross, left cross and to the mat they go.

Wayne can buy himself a dozen new $2000.00 suits and some matching handmade Italian dress shoes to celebrate.

This means Nothing to NY or any other city, country, or State, this will be paid for by the Taxpayers and those that passed this legislation could care less, it ain’t their money.

So, New York pays with....................TAX money?! Somehow it doesn't feel like the victory it should.
