I like my Crossbreed Reckoning set up as the IWB holster.
I actually carry the 365XL.

Like the Galco suede Stow-n-Go IWB holsters.

Thin, light weight, and comfortable.

For a 3:30 carry, cut off the rear hook, so you can adjust the cant.

Actually works better with just the one, anyway.

Bought this one for my micro, but I bought the one for an x.
Carry with the 12 round mags, so it is essentially an x size package.

Really comfortable, conceals well around 4 o'clock.
First IWB, so no comparisons. If I got a different gun I'd buy this holster for it. Don't think another holster would likely be better.

Again, nothing for comparison.
I bought the Tactile Fuzz. It's a coating or layer added to the outside of the holster. It makes the kydex feel "softer" and it's a little like fleece. The holster grabs the fabric around it and doesn't want to move around. Not enough to get stuck or bind, just that it is content to stay in place.

JM Custom Kydex, wife is very happy with hers for a p365. I have two of his holsters for a M&P Compact 2.0 one OWB one IWB. Choose your clip/loop style when you order. Great holsters and customer service.

I'm a tightwad, and fussy.
Spent a good month digging into IWB holsters before spending my $$. (It wasn't the money spent that bothers me, it's the money wasted if the product doesn't work out)

My assessment was that Hidden Hybrid is a well known name from their proficient advertising. Those talking them up seemed more Newbies buying the PR than experienced guys who gravitated to them.

JMO.

G-Code is used by government agencies, guys here recommended Black Scorpian. They looked good, and not expensive, but I wanted two belt attachments. And wanted them offset from the gun.

The one I showed does that, kinda like HH, but while being compact.
Not a holster mounted to a wide piece of leather.
There are reports of the hybrid holster not securing the gun well after time. A leather holster gets aqueezed by the belt, kydex holds its shape. Hybrid kydex prevents the belt from squeezing, the leather can stretch and the fir loosens. Some can be adjusted.

Remember I have little experience, Lotta careful internet research.
Still, my opinion based on other opinions.

Why do you want to carry such a small pistol IWB? I've carried even the 365xl OWB with the same cover garments I've used with IWB, and no problem. IME, the really short barrels generally don't work as well IWB unless you bury them deeper below the belt.

My suggestion.....

As do I.
Might live in T-shirts and jeans, but my shirt is tucked in.
Have always felt uncomfortable in an untucked shirt.

I use a We The People kydex IWB holster with My P365XL. Works great!
