Tuned out of Fox the day Tucker was canned and have not returned, since then haven't had an outlet for news.

So, tuned into Newsmax for the latest on the GOP Speaker BS, ...what a disappointment. Rinos 'r us!
The endless parade of long knives out for Gaetz from the likes of Newt, Christy. Not to mention the endless Ukraine horsechit, good lord.
Other than Tucker on "X" it seems that there really isn't a viable conservative real time news source at this point.

Raeford, I felt the same way until this week, when they started hammering the Patriot 8. I, like the OP, was surprised by this as they seem to be very pro-Trump and anti-swamp. Fortunately, the Patriot 8 have been holding their own every time one of the Newsmax anchors asks CNN/MSNBC type questions. It's easy when you're on the right side.

Newt calling the Patriot 8 "Traitors" was a big disappointment too.

Newt has called these patriots (and Gaetz in particular) 'snakes.' Talk about pot meet kettle; Newt's a disgrace!

Maybe it's just the timing. I've always thought that Newsmax was on the side of Conservatives; but what I've seen this week is reminiscent of Fox about a decade ago. "Just enough" --that is just enough red meat to keep the right placated and the bills paid.
The ultimate goal = uniparty.
Screw 'em! Greta Van Sustren doesn't give a rat's ass about Conservatism. She's in it to remain somehow relevant and paid.

I admit to having not watched much TV over the past week.
I watched Higbie Tuesday and he wasn't saying anything bad about Gaetz[actually commending him], and I caught a short blip of the 7pm guy one evening, nothing there either.

Christy is a moronic dumbass. Newt is establishment. The establishment is all glowing hot mad about getting rid of Kevin. Sorry that's the way it works. It's government in action. At least they're actually doing something besides playing lets make a deal with democrats and willingly getting rolled in order to report they did something. As for Newsmax, I don't know. They're probably looking for anyone they can talk to. Ingraham is pissed and I'm sure Hannity is puckered up as well. Levin is on another tear and Mitch still can't put his own shoes on. What's new? As for Trump getting Speaker; meh probably not. It wouldn't help anyway. They can indict Biden all they want but the Senate will never convict. Like Bongino asked yesterday; "what's the plan"? McCarthy should've never been elected Speaker in the first place so getting rid of him isn't so bad but "what's the plan"? They have the majority if they can figure out how to use it. This is a really good time to do just that.

My tv provider, DirectTV, dropped One America News. Is that network still around? If so, who carries that channel?

I post many times starting two years ago NewsMax was Fox News Lite.

Real America's Voice if you do the TV thing. Pluto and Samsung TV carry it.
