Have some friends that just got back from Mongolia. They enjoyed the people and culture very much.

Bucket list when I win the lotto. Would love to see the Eurasian steppe.

If I could witness a hunt with a golden eagle that’d be badass.

But even just to see and witness their horsemanship and culture I’d be in high cotton.

I’ve been fascinated with the steppe people since I was a kid, and in the last couple decades there've been a lot of advancements made in the archeological world.

I’m a nerd for shît like that.

I just returned from Mongolia.

Ulaanbaatar is a very modern city of 1.6 million people.

I was at the Russian border north of Olgiy

I then traveled to the southern China border in the Gobi Desert south of Saynshand.

I will tell you that the majority of the girls in Ulaanbaatar are very pretty women but I was hunting other things.

Good evening my friend, I trust you're all well as can be up there and your fall is going well.

We're friends with a couple up in Whitehorse and the wife went to Mongolia a few years back with some of her friends.

She described the country as quite beautiful, so that's sort of saying something from a Yukon resident I'd say.

Here's another reason to go and I'm not much of a fisherman either.



That's very wild and wonderful looking country on that video - to me anyways.
