All of Jantz blade blanks appear to be stainless steel. Still looking for carbon steel knife blanks.

Jantz has high carbon blades in Damascus and Russel/Green River patterns.
Texas Knifemakers has high carbon blades in Damascus, Russel/Green River and Soligen stick tang patterns.

Texas Knifemakers has German Soligen high carbon blades. All are stick tang with guards I believe.
I have a couple left over blades out of CPM M4 that are full tang and with guards that I might part with. Half dozen or so different patterns

Looking for German solingin, not interested in damascus nor Russell Green River. Why esteem German Soligen? It was a mark of quality back when so much cheap worthless stainless flooded the market, but I don't see it as anything special compared to the carbon steel in a Russell Green River. I would be happy to hear differently. I always wanted to try out a Roselli UHC blade blank.

A Mora carbon blade is an incredibly good blade for the price, as are the Russell blades.

Some years ago, I got started and mostly finished field dressing, skinning deboning a 185 (field Dressed) buck with my Mora. Got going and just never thought abut it as long as it worked. Did use a Rapala filet knife to remove silver skin though.
They are cheap enough that I have one in many location

I was told that Roselli isn't shipping UHC blade blanks anymore, they are all going into finished knives.
