I want to thank everyone who gave me input on top-shelf binocular choices. I knew I could come here for advice. We have a pair of Swaro 10X42 NL Pure on the way.

The Swaros have arrived and son is very happy. Thanks for all the great advice. I talked to Doug at Camera Land and received good advice but he did not have the Swaros in stock, so I went elsewhere -- paid more, but had to get the job done.

Great choice. I bought a set of El 10 x 42s a couple years ago and love them, but I looked at the NL Pure in the same size and would take them in a heartbeat but the price was a bit over my budget at the moment....

You should be able to smell the envy here from there. ☺️

Slaves get what they need. Free men get what they want.

Rehabilitation is way overrated.
