I thought everyone in Israel had weapons to protect themselves from the Palestinians? I read that 2% of their population was armed, only ex military and LE allowed guns and only allowed 50 rounds of ammo. Now they're handing out rifles to "civilians" along with allowing 100 rounds of ammo.
