The mission was pretty much accomplished in Ukraine - a decrease in population of 50%+. Only thing the CYA isn't getting is the resources.

And to top it off the Russian army is bigger than it has been since the end of the Cold War and its factories are going all out. And now with all this Middle East schit kicking up, oil probably skyrockets before too long and they get filthy rich.
I swear the people running the US foreign policy are collectively the largest group of idiots in history.
