I didn't know they were building those with aluminum frames, neat.
I have a "Match" version, I love the beavertail on it, but not the straight trigger, which I'm swapping out with a C&S wide curved trigger (I like the curved triggers a lot). Not much of a fan of the rail on a "concealment" pistol, either. That seems to defeat the purpose, adding a light makes the smallest pistol kinda bulky...............
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.

Thanks for posting the link.

That has a string resemblance to the Bren Ten.

Just removed a double post on this with a question on reliability. How is the HiPower-ish Turk unit holding up across all models? And how about compatibility of parts used in the Browing/FN design.

And I can see a full sized alloy frame in the future like the 5906 vs 5903.

I'm liking more metal frame pistol options. This is a pistol many have dreamed of for decades.

Finally something useful with alloy frame like FN police pistols from 1970s and 1980s.

I picked up one of the steel ones a while ago. Excellent shooter.

Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

Don't hate on the beavertail until you shoot some with one, no way in hell it can bite you, and it's REALLY comfortable. I have one exactly like EdM's, it's a nice pistol. I'm one of those people who get bitten by regular Hi Powers, and the beavertail is copied from Jim Garthwaite's custom pistols. it's a good design, and if it doesn't bite, it's easier to shoot it well. Nothing like hammer bite to futz up the concentration when you're trying to shoot. This cures that, and does it well.
