I have a mint numbers matching 1909 receiver that I spoke with Roger Green about a number of years ago as a Mannlicher 35 Whelen. The cogs are again turning.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

I was able to contact Jim today via email. He has the job. I have to take care of a couple other things first, so he will be seeing my Ruger #1 in early January.

Jim has done several customs for me as well as a couple walnut stock jobs. Jim has a very very good turnaround time and is pricing is good. He doesn't suffer fools though!

Late to the party. Mr. Kobe did two projects for me. Both well done, at a fair price, in a reasonable length of time.
Still own one. Sold the other to pay hospital bills a few years ago. If someone knows where the LH 6.5x55 Mauser with Gentry safety and svelte walnut stock went to, give me a shout...
