The Supreme Court declared the mandates unconstitutional. Shapiro is a fierce opponent of mandates and a critic of the vaccines. Trump, on the other hand (who gave us the lock-downs, the vaxxes and the mandates) has never repented and has not changed his position; he continues to favor vaccines and mandates and has never apologized for the disastrous lock-downs. At least Shapiro figured it out and put his money up to prove the point. Trump still can't get it right on this issue.
