Wow! I've been using AA #9 in my 10 MM. Longshot is next on my list. I'm not sure about reading primer results but would like to know if that was a published data load?
A 10mm isn't a 41 mag no matter what the primer looks like. If you are over Hodgdon's listed max of 8.2 gr, you need to back down.

BKS if it were me I'd back that load down maybe 1/2 grain and then retest.
I'm starting work with 2 new 10 MMs. A Gen 4 Glock 20 with a Timney Trigger and a brand new Fusion 1911 10 MM. I have standard length and 6" KKM Glock 10 MM barrels around here somewhere. I know I haven't thrown them out haven't figured out where I put them for "safe keeping" yet.
The Fusion got here early last week. Overall I'm pleased but the fixed sights were printing 5+ inches high at 15 yards. The local gunsmith used Dawson's formula to order a much taller sight to correct for that and will be doing a top shelf trigger job on it. I'm hoping to get that back tomorrow.
Isn’t that Timney trigger AWESOME!! Like I said I’m gonna back off it some. Gonna check all the ladder through the chrono and for accuracy and go from there.
I have a Timney in a 23 and the Gen 4 20. Very very happy! Now if I can remember where I put those KKM barrels.... The factory Gen 4 barrel is looking promising with 180 XTPs but I bought a custom brass mold that drops a .401 200 grain slugs with a choice of HP of solid.
I started powder coating cast bullets with the thought that I could color code different loads....sigh. Fingers crossed my gun smith gets my Fusion finished tomorrow.
