Yep. I really have minimal new interest these days in rifles that I'd not suppress.
Now with even more aplomb

You can thread all your faves, for what one pre-threaded rifle will cost ya. The advantage of that is, they won't be living the rest of their lives in the safe because you won't want to shoot them un-suppressed ever again..... This
The truth angers those whom it does not convince

I had 5 rifles threaded while I waited on my suppressors. Yankee hill resonator r2 30 cal and dead air mask hd 22. I wish now I would have gotten the barrels cut shorter and may take 2 back to the smith to have cut 18”-19”. 22” barrel with a 7” can is a bit unwieldy for me. But I love shooting with a suppressor, as others have said I don’t really want to shoot a rifle without one now. You may just have one rifle done first and then decide if you want them shorter or what you want to do before you have them all threaded.

I suggest you buy you buy a light 30 caliber suppressor (silencer co EVO is hard to beat for the price accessories and weight) If I could go back in time, I'd have ordered nothing but EVOs - tis hard to whoop for the $$$, particularly so if one is buying in bulk.

Great lookin' package you've got there. I gave it a haircut for you to visualize what it’ll be soon.

I ordered one last Jan?Feb and no word yet.
Still haven't came up with a rifle yet. Probably just order one of those little Ruger Ranch rifles.

I can't tell you what to do, but there are more efficient cartridges for sorter barrels. I'd invest in those, or start with your .338 rifle cutting it down. I actually have a custom Nesika 270wsm that I don't use much, that i bought a 30 cal barrel blank for to make a 300 WSM. I think that's one of the rounds that is efficient with a can. Maybe 20 inches plus a harvester evo? Thanks everyone.

I have a couple of DA Sandman Ti that I use on a couple of 300BO bolt guns, one at around 16”, the other 19”. Running them subsonic is surprisingly quiet. When I put them on my AR and run supers 5.56, the supersonic crack makes it sound a little louder than a 22 mag.
I have a Mask 22 can in jail since July. I’m being told 7-8 month wait.

However, I think my next suppressor will be the Rugged AK 360 Ti. May want to read some reviews. Lot of people unhappy with how loud the Alaskan is compared to other similar size ti cans.

I would definitely cut and thread whichever you want. As said earlier the unthreaded ones will sit in the safe after you shoot one suppressed. I have a Silencerco Omega on a Kimber Adirondack 308 and it is as close to perfect as I can imagine.

What are they using it on? I don't have any magnum cartridges over .30 Cal. I'm more interested in the weight for stuff like .308 Win, .338 Fed or .358 Win as well as a 9mm AR-15/carbine.

Not magnums. Typical hunting cartridges 6.5 creed, 308, etc. Lots of different negative reports. Don’t remember many of the details. Just a common enough theme that I took it off my list.
