No. Already strained. I took a photo while it was still very hot off the stove. It sets up hard. Tried and true recipe. Possibly burning [bleep] this next week?....grin....

I'll make ox eyes, and 2 batches of chile from this batch of paste....

I never strain either, but have heard people bitch if you don’t it [bleep] their gut up. I’ve never had a problem
