Rather than saying stick, my son would say dick. At one of his older sister's soccer games he grabbed a tree branch off the ground and came running towards me saying, "Hey daddy look at my big dick!"

instead of Uncle Paul to address my brother, it was Uple Paul and at least one time, after Uple Paul was partaking in adult beverages most the day, My son came inside the camp to tell me "Uple Paul is bucket nakket by the fire" Apparently, Paul had fallen of the pier at the camp and was trying to dry off.

Those were some good days. My son is now 26, A Chem E and still will refer to my brother as Uple Paul when we are at the camp.

When my youngest was in preschool he brought home a drawing of a plate of spaghetti.

My sister made hot dogs for her young kids. Trying to mimic one of the kids she announced the "Bot bogs" were ready, but she got a correction: "They're not bot bogs you nummy. They're not nogs."

My grandson has somehow learned some genuine Tex mex Spanglish at 4 years old.

My daughter used to say something was "a-scusting" instead if disgusting. I use it on her kids all the time now.

My son said "medicate". He meant "domesticate".

my youngest son would say "no" while he's nodding his head and "yes" when his head doing a no movement.

I've never found the mispronunciation of words to be cute or funny and I never encourage the behavior.

Like hearing a grown man say "Pasghetti" or some other gay schit.
