Well I got it back yesterday for being reworked. It does have a new stock on it and a new trigger.
The stock is riding HARD all the way down the left side of the barrel and there is a gap on the right side of the barrel. I tried to center the barrel but it was a no go. The big gap at the back of the action that the first stock had is gone with this stock.
The trigger is around 4 lbs. and has a little creep to it just before it breaks.

Having said all that, it still shoots way better than it did before sending it back. The test target shows a 5 round group but there is nothing to scale it off of to see how big the group is (no big deal)

I plan on trying to center the barrel in the channel and bed the stock. I also ordered a Kidd trigger kit (as I have to use the factory trigger housing in ABRA) or I would have just bought a whole new trigger assembly.

I will say, I was happy and impressed with the turn around time on this. They told me when I sent it in that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before it would be worked on. Turns out that it was gone about a week and a half total, not bad customer service.

They turned it quickly and it looks like it wants to shoot too!

I did the trigger springs in my which helped but shooting several hundred rounds helped too.

Thanks for the update!

Congrats on your progress. Too bad their stuff is often a kit, not a ready-to-go firearm. Good designs, usually, but shoddy or no QC it seems, and too many Monday and Friday specimens end up on the shelf.

I’m still happy with my CSC. The sole issue is the finicky match chamber that needs regular attention, but that’s to be expected. The BX it came with is entirely satisfactory.

Keep us posted.

I have Kidd trigger kit coming and will be pillar bedding and bedding the action in the next week or two.
I will keep you up to date with how everything goes.

Assuming this is a 10-22 I would swap the barrel. A Green Mountain here at 50 yards with a 2-7X Weaver rimfire scope.

It is a 10/22 but I want to use it to shoot factory class with in ABRA. Rules say you can bed, do trigger work, recrown, and cut the chamber but it has to be a factory barrel.
