Winter storm warning for Wednesday through Friday, 1-2ft of snow and 45mph winds. Blizzard conditions expected. Grocery store shelves are bare and everyone is filling up gas cans for their snow blowers. In the past there wouldn't be a DVD tape to rent or a six pack to buy in the whole county. I have got my John Deer tractor running with a five foot snow blower on the front. I was using the bobcat last week so I know it's ready to go. Wood pile and coal bin are full, let it snow.

Are the media weather people acting like it's never snowed before and attempting to convince people that this is surely the end?

I climbed into the plow truck at 1630 last night and got out at 1900 no one bothered to tell me that a regular snowfall was coming ....
