I have Talley's on my Winchester 70 .375 H&H and the Kimber Talkeetna .375 H&H I had. I am/was very pleased with them but I have not hunted either rifle, just range work and load development.

Talleys look better. They are more elegant. Warnes are more robust.
The upside to Warnes is that once you tighten the levers, you can pull them out and place them in the up or down postion, depending on which side of the rifle they are on. You can't do that with the Talleys. With Talleys, you put the levers on and tighten them and see how the lever comes to rest when tight. If its not in the right position, you unscrew it, and re position the lever on the screw and then retighten. You do this until the lever comes to rest where you want it.

Warne and weaver bases are lower than talleys. I have all 3 and like them all. If you will use your irons, that is something to keep in mind.
Yes talley makes a peep attachment, but it may well not work with the factory front sight.
Weaver rings and warne bases are a great combo.
The Warne QD rings are very solid. As in heavy.

Talley. I don't much like the side lever models but now prefer the screwlock type? Which you Sean Allen key to undo. The side levers catch on things. Agree they are not the lowest set up though. I like Control but they are not QD. For repeatability on / off need witness marks on scree head and ring - base body side.

Other than weight, another downside to Warnes is that the recoil lugs are separate pieces that could be lost when changing scopes in the field. I like Warne rings, have them installed on a couple dozen rifles, but I carry an extra set of recoil lugs with me whenever I travel with a rifle equipped with them if there is a chance that I'd need to swap scopes in the field. Another one of those better to have and not need than to need and not have situations.

Similar question. Which QD rings with which bases for a Ruger 10-22 takedown. Dont know if the good advice given above will vary due to the lack of recoil in a .22.

I'm leaning towards Talleys not sure about Leupolds. Cant afford the euro trash ones, I have the same rifle. Put Warne bases and rings on it. Have another Model 70 in 416 with same set up. Work great.

Durasight QD rings come in medium and high sizes. The have an integral recoil lug, unlike the Warnes, and work quite well with any Weaver style bases that I've tried them on. I think that the integral recoil lug makes them a better choice to pack in the case that comes with the 10/22 TDs.
