Sentence Could Be as High as 115 Years in Prison SBF, one of the most high-profile names in crypto, has been convicted in one of the “biggest financial frauds in American history,” where $8 billion in customer deposits went missing from what was then the world’s third-largest crypto exchange. TGPThink all the Democrats he funded will give the money back?

His parents need charged as well. Both are brainiac economists who were supposedly advising him on how to run his business. It sounds like they donated millions of someone else's money to the democRAT party.

Thanks for your dedication to bringing us the news. We are clay in your palm for we are too dumb to access Foxnews online ourselves and ya know since we threw our TV away after Mondale and stuff.

Read that with assets sold they clawed back much more than was “stolen”. Was a biased story maybe and could’ve had a hard slant.

I haven’t followed the story but I’m surprised that he was convinced this soon. Given his money and the high profile case I expected it to drag out a lot longer.

His sentence could be as long as zero years. There are Federal sentencing guidelines, there will be be certain arbitrary factors based on the severity of the crime to determine if the recommended sentence is is in the high or low category (if I remember correctly). The AUSA will come up with a recommended sentence and the defense will come up with a lower one and argue it’s merits. I hope SBF likes prison food and dick!

what is the story with that goofy ass looking girlfriend of his that ran his Alameda Research investment group? That is what got his ass into trouble, siphoning off money from FTX into Alameda.
I don't hear anything about her and it seems like ion the surface she is just as guilty as him

He’s probably got enough money to fund a years long appeals process Maybe, but I bet he will have to do it from jail. They already revoked his bail once and he would be a massive flight risk.

If someone were to give me something stolen surely I would have to give it to the rightful owner (the investors) if he surfaced and could prove it was stolen. Come to think of it, this money may have financed the stolen election.

Come to think of it, this money may have financed the stolen election. Through Nishad Singh SBF gave $500,000 to the Oregon Democrat party. The party was fined $15,000 for not appropriately listing who made the donation. I don't think the $500,000 has been given back, but don't know for certain.

I won't hold my breath, once again, for a long, and well deserved, prison sentence. I hope I'm wrong.
