Had pasta and a salad for lunch, with a bunch of bread and chopped garlic. And a bowl of ice cream for dessert. smile First bread, ice cream and pasta I've had since starting the diet.

Yeah, I don't think these pauses are bad. And surely one meal of high carbs once in awhile can't be a deal breaker.

That one high-carb meal did not reverse all the good work I've put in. That's money in the bank.
