Made these a couple times now on the smoker. Pretty damn good eats (with some normal adds to the patties like worchestershire, other seasonings). In the regular rotation now.

Thanks fellas. Had pasta and a salad for lunch, with a bunch of bread and chopped garlic. And a bowl of ice cream for dessert. First bread, ice cream and pasta I've had since starting the diet. \

179.8 again this morning. If I eat carbs after a while of low carb, I will immediately show several pounds of water weight. It takes me about 3 days of low carb to get it off and often is followed by more rapid weight loss than before. I don't think it's a bad thing to have a little reset of healthy carbs once in a while.

Yeah, I don't think these pauses are bad. And surely one meal of high carbs once in awhile can't be a deal breaker.
That one high-carb meal did not reverse all the good work I've put in. That's money in the bank.
