I had him mounted sneak, straight on with the ears back some... A lot depends on WHERE your going to display the head - that'll tell you a lot about how you want it to look or be viewed. This view is much how he looked during the shooting. He's displayed so that it's viewed from the side with the extras as you enter the room... BT53 "Where do they find young men like this?" Reporter Savidge, Iraq Elk, it's what's for dinner....

He's mounted on a hook that allows me to reposition the head from left to right and back at will. It's generally turned so that the side with the most points is easily seen. You have a lot of options for your mount.. Great whitetail, by the way!! BT53 "Where do they find young men like this?" Reporter Savidge, Iraq Elk, it's what's for dinner....

Yeah I originally was going to have him turned the other way, but after talking to several experienced taxidermists, along with my own, I went with a right hand turn, and it was completely the right choice! My taxidermist is phenomenal as well!
