Found my EG in 22HP in a small Colorado gunstore that only listed used guns online on their own website.. google-fu paid off! Found the 243 pretty much the same way.. Not on any major gun auction site. Owner was asking, "How'd you find out we had this?". Hee hee.. No.. haven’t even come close on that one. I've never even seen one. I think there were only about 10 of those made.

The last 99R in 243 that I saw was at a little gun show in Fort Calhoun, NE, on 01/13/19. A guy who owns a plumbing business in Omaha, Dick Eyman, had it on his table priced at around $900. I posted about it on this site and someone called Eyman about it, but apparently he decided not to sell it. I would have graded it above 95%.
I know the date because I bought a nice Marlin 883S from Eyman for $250 on that date.

I’ve seen 2 others sell out of Nebraska on auctions. Keep hoping to find one in person.
