I need a quickload for a 243 Model 70 using RF 26 powder 100 gr Hornady IL 100 gr. Any help appreciated.

My manuals are old and do not show loads for RL 26

Google Alliant R26 it will take you to their reloading guide and 243 and 100-grain bullet loads are listed.

You really wanna load RL 26 is a 243 winchester....... really man ?

Poor choice, RL 17

Don't think so....check the Alliant load data on the RL17 and RL26.....47.9 gr of RL26 running around 3100fps in a M70 New Haven Classic in 22" barrel...taken couple bucks at 150 and 285 yds....never took a step. Do not have any RL17 to try so no nothing about it.
